1. For $24.95 V V I PC will remotely scan your PC and deliver a check-up report to your desktop. A helpdesk technician will explain in plain English your PC's results so you understand what your report means.
   
   
2. Your check-up report includes:
   • Memory and Windows swap disk usage
   • Hard disk usage and level of fragmentation
   • Number of errors in the Windows registry
   • Current status of hardware devices and drivers
   • Number of Spyware, Adware, Trojans, Viruses, or other malicious files.
     Severe risk files will be listed seperately
   • High risk applications auto-accessing the Internet
   • Functionality (or lack) of personal security software protecting your private information
   
   
3. After reviewing your report, if repairs are needed and you choose to repair your PC, the $24.95 Scan price will be deducted from your repair bill.

2. Must be connected to the Internet via broadband connection
   
   
3. Remote helpdesk is secure and password protected.

Steps:

1. Click one of the "Download" buttons as directed by your helpdesk technician to load our secure helpdesk program.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click "RUN" or "OPEN"
3. Click "RUN" again if asked by browser
4. If asked by firewall, click "Allow this connection" or "Unblock"
5. Receive a login password from helpdesk technician via phone.
6. Enter password and click "connect"
7. When finished, click "Quit" and V V I PC Helpdesk is removed from your PC.
8. Click the "Checkout" button below to process a secure payment.
